CROSS WIRE AUTO FALLING PART

    Diameter cross wire is with this device, under program control by step motor. It falls automatically from the material storage device to the middle of the upper and lower electrodes.

3>WELDING PART

1. Spatter is small, and alleviate the burn of welding joints.
2. The device equiped with the red cooper,making the welding pressure is uniform, and the mesh panel solid and stable.
3.The material of the down electric pole base is the chrome ,zirconium an copper,has good electrical conductivity and abrasion-proof,with a long service life.
4.The water cooled tube equiped with the upper and lower contact,cooling the contact,protect them very well. 
5.The inverter is water cooled,it is better for the service life of inverter.

4>MESH DRAWING PART

1.Mesh traction device is equipped with step motor control , improve the accuracy of the mesh
effectively.
2.Using the gear and the rack drive, the transmission efficiency is perfect.
3. Mesh can vary to meet the production of a variety of needs.
4.Both ends of the traction device is equipped with limit switches, prevent traction car from crashing and also mechanical damage from collision.
