 It is is used to make gabion mesh (heavy duty hexagonal mesh) of various widths and mesh sizes. For high corrosion resistance, hot dig galvanized,zinc and PVC coated wire is better.

Advantage: It adopt PLC touch screen frequency control,that means the speed can be adjusted well as your requirement in the practical operation.It also has buffer function when speed increase or decrease in very short time.And it can count output every day or every year, can save about 30% energy.

Finished product:

Gabion is an element in the form of blocks made of steel wire mesh, welded or woven, having hexagonal opening, square or rectangular openings. It is then filled with natural stone for river, hill protection or construction.

Wire mesh gabions are in the shape of block or regular cube size. These special wire bins are made of robust wire, filled with the vibrations at the quarry and transport are accompanied by the lifting straps. 

Gabions are provided in the forms of gabion box, gabion basket, mattress and cages. They are mainly used in building blocks of gravity walls, soil retaining wall, gravity wall and reinforced structures.

 ♣Installation and commissioning

Machine to be installed and commissioned by SM technicians.

The seller will send our engineer to install the machine accordingly if the buyer need.

The buyer have to pay the salary US$80 per day, and the air ticket, accommodation, eating and some related fees should be your responsibility.

It is in same condition if the buyer need the seller to send the interpreter.
 

♣ Guarantee

Except the wearing parts, 12 months guarantee for machine and 6 months guarantee for electric appliance after shipment. During guarantee time, if the parts were broken caused by the product problem, seller will offer the parts by free. If the parts were broken caused by the mishandling by buyer, buyer needs to buy the parts from seller.

The price does not include the charge of installation, the buyer will need to pay for the charge of visa, the air ticket, the accommodation and traffic charge in buyer's country.
